On the hill of San Germano the vine was already cultivated 3,000 years ago by the Etruscans. To testify, the discovery of the necropolis of San Germano, whose tombs have returned objects of the funeral equipment related to the production of wine. A millenary history that has allowed the plants to selfselect themselves, naturally developing their defenses against climatic and biological adversities, and therefore to obtain healthier and excellent quality grapes.
Tasting notes:
An intense ruby red colour with hints of garnet. A wine that succeeds in combining strength, intensity and elegance, with soft tannins to give it a roundness in the mouth. Fruity to the nose with a pleasant spiciness. The taste in the mouth is deep, but lively and with good balance.
